I have worked in the service business for more than 10 years. I answer "Shin Gyo So" if anyone ask me about one important word for providing service. "Shin Gyo So" is the traditional word for explaining about the mind of manner. For example, "Shin" means Shinsho in Shodo, precious tools or architectures in Sado, and logical building in Japanese garden. On the other hand, "So" means Sosho in Shodo, natural products in Sado, and keeping as nature in Japanese garden. "Gyo" is the middle way of between "Shin" and "So".
I'm paying attention to this word when I provide service to the customer. Once failing to make sense the customer expectation, good products or good services do not satisfy the customer well.
I'm going to write this blog for Service, Business, and Technology affairs.
